Tariffs

You have the choice between tariffs with a monthly or annual term as well as success-based special tariffs. The module tariffs can be combined as desired (e.g. cash register system "annual tariff", table reservation "monthly tariff"). Some modules can only be used in conjunction with other gastronovi modules, as these are, for example, cash register extensions (e. g. B. "POS system required"). Unless otherwise stated, license costs are per site. You can find more information about the contract conditions and terms here.

1 | At what point is it worth booking a support package?

Booking a support package pays off very quickly: You can save money with the support package from as little as 15 minutes of telephone support per month - and also benefit from many other discounts that are included in your support package.

In addition, by booking a support package, you gain predictability for your expenses. This way you can avoid surprises or many small individual invoices when billing - and calculate with a fixed amount.
2 | How can I book a support package & how is the billing done?

You can book the support package at any time for one or 12 months (to the day) independently of the other licenses.

Booking is easy via the gastronovi mini-shop (in the gastronovi back office/start page on the right) or contact your gastronovi sales representative.

You can view your booked support package in your customer account in the gastronovi back office.
3 | What is the duration of the support package?

A support package can be booked either monthly or annually. The contract (annual and/or monthly license) shall be extended in each case by the term defined in the order confirmation, but not more than 1 year, if it is not terminated with a notice period of one (1) calendar month to the expiry of the contract term.

4 | Can I still book a support package even if I have already received a support invoice?

Retroactive package purchase is generally not possible. However, you can have the last chargeable support case credited against the booking costs of the package within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. The support invoice will then be charged against the booking amount of the package.

5 | Can I continue to use the support without a booked support package?

Of course, our support team is still at your disposal. You can use the written support as usual free of charge.

If you have not booked a support package, telephone support is charged at 5-minute intervals and services at the regular hourly rate.

Other conditions

Expenditure on the part of gastronovi is generally charged at 129 €/hour, unless expressly included in the fixed price. Invoicing is generally per 5 minutes or part thereof.

Software

Contract terms

  1. The minimum contract period for monthly and success tariffs is 3 months, after which the contract can be terminated monthly - with a notice period of 1 month.
  2. The annual tariff can be terminated with 1 month's notice before the contract expires.
  3. The weekly rate runs from Monday to Sunday, regardless of the booking day, and ends automatically on Sundays (zero o'clock).
  4. The module tariffs can be combined as desired (e.g. checkout system "annual tariff", table reservation "monthly tariff").
  5. Monthly and annual rates are automatically extended by the respective period booked, unless they have been cancelled in due time.

Setup fees

  1. Success tariff: The success tariffs include a one-time account setup fee (provision of a gastronovi account incl. access data) of € 99 per module or extension.
  2. Merchandise management: The merchandise management extension requires a one-time start-up fee of €199. Included is coordination, testing, and consulting on the necessary preparations and processes for creating an individual merchandise management system in gastronovi Office.
  3. Multi-site business: The multi-site business module has a one-time setup fee of €249.

Cloud TSE

  1. 10,000 transactions per month/TSE per account included - regardless of the number of TSEs used; if these are used up, an additional 10,000 transactions will be automatically re-booked (max. 4x re-bookings/month, no additional charges apply for all transactions over 50,000/month).
